Kyle is an incredible place to live.
Let’s make it even better.
If you want ethical leadership focused on improving Kyle and preparing for the future, vote for me. I’m an attorney, an east side resident, and a community volunteer. If elected, I’ll work hard every day to show you that you made the right choice.
I grew up in San Marcos, right down the road. I’ve seen Kyle grow from a small town with a Dairy Queen to a city with an estimated population of over 65,000 (and even more if you count the unincorporated areas close by). Once I established my legal career, I chose to make Kyle my home. Kyle is an amazing city with great people. I know that we are facing growing pains right now, and with strong leadership and hard work we can improve the city for its residents.
Priorities
Fixing the roads
The 2022 Road Bond was a great start, and the new 311 program should help address smaller repairs. However, we need to do even more to make sure our roads are safe and that we address infrastructure in areas where it has fallen behind.
Transparent, Responsive Government
A local government works best when its residents trust their elected representatives to make decisions in the open, share their reasoning, and not benefit personally from those decisions. I can promise you that when elected, I will do exactly that.
Preparing for the future
We must prepare for continued growth by strengthening regional partnerships, attracting excellent businesses, and making sure developers build in ways that help, instead of contributing to growing pains.
Our District
District 2 covers south and southeast Kyle - some of the oldest and newest parts of town. It has some of the best places in Kyle, like the public library and the square, but much of it has also been left behind. I will be a strong advocate on City Council to fix the issues we have inherited.
